Tournaments
The MTS Iceplex will host a number of tournaments on a yearly basis with several options each season for youth and adult recreational hockey players of all ages and abilities. Whether it is from house league, sanctioned minor hockey, spring, summer AA or adult recreational players, our tournaments will be the very best anywhere!
We are thrilled to work on behalf of many local minor hockey associations who are a part of the Winnipeg Minor Hockey Association (WMHA) and Hockey Manitoba.
In each case, our goal will be to provide minor hockey players, coaches and families with their very best memories of the season, with great competition, thoughtful scheduling, music, announcing, great prizing, and a list of facility amenities not found anywhere else.
Tournament Specials
Team Skate Sharpening – $90.00 (up to four days)
Your team will be assigned an Jets Gear Authentic Pro Shop Team Bag for you to put dull skates in and drop off at the store after your last game of the day. All skates will be ready for pick up before your first game the following day.
Tournament Skate Sharpening Pass – $5.00 per sharpening
Sign up for your tournament pass and receive skate sharpenings for $5.00 each during your tournament.
Tape Package – $60.00
Save 35% off our regular price. Each player on your team will receive one roll each of black, white and sock tape. A minimum of 10 players is needed to purchase this package.
Room Setup – $200.00 (up to four days)
We will clean and hang your team jerseys and provide fresh towels before each game.

Custom made tournament shirts, hats, bags, and more are available.
